Confidentiality

Once a purchase has been made we will not share you information with any third parties without

prior consent. Your purchase will be in the strictest confidence.

Intellectual Property Notice

Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Bailey Maeve including after purchase. This includes

the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind.

The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not immediately grant the customer

permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way

by means of profit and/or otherwise.

Purchasers/Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission

from the artist. Please note that posting images of the items purchased on social media are welcome

and does not breach this clause.

Works/Mediums

Bailey Maeve Art Works come in a variety of mediums including Canvass Originals, Prints and Digital

Works.

We are able to offer a select Framing service with a third party and we can provide you with a cost

Framed or otherwise.

If you decide to purchase the works framed please note that the framing may be provided by a third

party and we cannot be held liable for any defects in the framing process. We will however

endeavour to deal with any issues that arise.

A Certificate of Authentication will be issues if a purchase is made directly from us. This can also be

made available but not guaranteed if your purchase is made via a third party subject to the

purchased works being genuine and authenticated by us.

Liability

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to

refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have

been mishandled by accident or otherwise by the Purchaser.

We do provide care advice which is listed for you convenience at the time of purchase.

We will endeavour to insure that the works are shipped in good condition.

Please ensure you are confident in your Purchase and have considered the works carefully. Whilst

we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase it is not our duty to compensate customers

who do not consider their purchase.

We will discuss the various options for Purchase and delivery at the time of sale.

We may use a third party to facilitate the delivery of a Purchase and we will endeavour to keep you

informed if this is the case.

Returns and Refunds

If there is an issue with your order, we will endeavour to seek to resolve it. If something has gone

wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - we will do everything we can to make it right.

Below are our policies on returns for each product. We honour a 14 day return policy on eligible

products.

If you have not purchased an original Artwork we do our best to offer colour accurate

prints, but please be mindful that colours may vary on physical inspection with both Prints and Originals.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Originals (not eligible): All original purchases are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for Original paintings.

Prints (subject to conditions): Should you request it, we will consider refunding your purchase of a Limited Fine Art Print subject to the following;
Incorrect item received
Dissatisfaction of Product

These will only be subject to refunding should they be returned in the same condition as purchased.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

Please note that on occasion, delays in dispatching orders may occur if artwork is in higher demand. 
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and thank you greatly for your patience.

We will discuss delivery methods at the time of Purchase.

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the sale price. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If

you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us.

Third Parties

We cannot be held responsible for any off site content relating to the Art Work. You should use your

best endeavour to check the authenticity of any other site that may contain my works.

Any links we provide are for your convenience and we cannot be held responsible for a third parties

description or separate terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to check.

Care Guide

The longevity of Bailey Maeve’s Paintings cannot be exacting due to its mixed media elements, though the Artist

is confident in the quality of the materials. A mat or gloss varnish may have been used and the edges

sealed in its completion which should aid its preservation. We would recommend not placing in direct sunlight, or to

source a UV resistant frame to avoid sun damage or colour change. If there are any maintenance

issues please let us know and we will endeavour to help.

Accidental tears in canvas or print by Purchaser may be applicable for patching by the artist, subject to additional charges.
